The process of recruiting employees

The recruitment process involves several steps between employer and labor candidates. Everything is regulated by law since the publication of a vacancy by the employer to the dismissal or resignation of an employee. For example, employers are prohibited from discriminating against a candidate because of race, sex, religion, disability, ethnicity or age.

The legislation protects those seeking employment includes employment discrimination law for reasons of age, 1967 (Age Discrimination in Employment Act), the Americans with Disabilities Act (Americans with Disabilities Act), the Fair Labor Standards law of 1938 (Fair Labor Standards Act) and ITLE VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Civil Rights Act).

If you are offered a job to a candidate, it must ensure that their tasks are clearly spelled out in writing the job description. Issues relating to the contract and the benefits must also be negotiated carefully before accepting employment.
